Seymour Church was founded in 1939. A member of the Christian Reformed Church denomination, we are an intergenerational, Christ-centered community worshiping in the Alger Heights neighborhood of southeast Grand Rapids.
Sunday Worship Service
Join us for worship on Sundays at 9:30 AM, followed by a short time of fellowship over refreshments.
We have the following programs available for young children during the service:
- Nursery childcare is offered in the lower level for children from infancy through 2 years of age.
- For 2 and 3 year olds not quite ready to sit through the worship service, our Little Lambs meet in the lower level.
- Children ages preschool through fifth grade are welcome to join their parents for the first part of the service, then will be invited for Seymour Kids Worship downstairs.
- The last Sunday of every month is Family Worship Sunday. On these days, there will be no Seymour Kids Worship. However, there is still childcare available for our younger worshipers (nursery-1st grade).
Following the service, please join us for various adult, and youth programs that usually run until 11:50 am.
