Looking for a way to get involved at Seymour? Here are a few of the ministries that you could be a part of!
Hospitality and Fellowship
First, we are looking for 1-2 people to help plan a few fun adult fellowship events for this coming year.
Second, we are also looking for help with the Welcome Counter/Hospitality Team, greeting people before Sunday worship and answering questions. Both of these fun opportunities are a small time commitment, so if you would like to get involved, please contact lori@seymourchurch.org.
Children’s Ministry
We are excited for Children’s Ministry to be back in full swing this Fall. And that means that we can always use more volunteers to help teach, lead, and even just be present for our kids during Children’s Worship. We ask you to commit to roughly 1 to 2 weeks a month on a rotating schedule. If you would like to serve in this way, please contact Abby Baas at abby@seymourchurch.org.
Cadets and Jr. Cadets
Pastor Brian has a fun Jr. Cadets program planned for this year, but he needs a few more volunteers to make it as fun as possible. If you’re down to have fun with a super cool group of boys, let Pastor Brian know asap (brian@seymourchurch.org). Commitment is for every-other-Wednesday from 6-8pm.
Additionally, we need men to help lead our older Cadets that would meet at the same time. These young men will be working on their badges, participating in fun and rewarding projects, and having fun outdoors.
